Former associate partner of the restructuring practice of EY Italy and Head of Shipping for EY in MED Region, Enrico holds significant experience and proven track record in shipping finance, turnaround and distressed M&A. During his tenure in EY he acted as Chief Restructuring Officer and Financial Advisor of many companies in the Italian maritime cluster. He joined as Chief Transformation Officer and Executive Director of Premuda S.p.A. in January 2019, before to take the role of CFO in April 2019. He currently serves as Chairman and CEO in many companies of the FINAV Group (including FINAV Holding) and as Chairman of CSM Italy.
